Domestic & international shipping

We ship from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada and use Canada Post for all of our shipping needs. For international orders, packages sent via Canada Post will arrive via your regular postal service.

If you prefer another method, please contact us prior to ordering.

Free Local Pick-up

Free local pick-up can be arranged within Winnipeg. Our pick up locations are in the South East and the North East corners of the city.

returns & exchanges

We accept return and exchange requests up to 30 days from date of purchase- requests must be made directly to us via email only and will be reviewed by us on case by case basis. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that have been worn.

damaged or faulty goods

While we strive for perfection, we accept that sometimes things might go wrong. If you are having a problem with an item, please contact us directly via email to discuss any issues and we will do our best to find a solution. We do offer repairs whenever possible.
