What does grow with me mean?

what is the turnaround time for custom orders?

We aim to keep our turnaround time to within 4-6 weeks during our production period. Occasionally our custom order list gets busy, and it may take longer but we will inform you at the time of ordering if this is the case. Custom orders are produced from April through December- however orders can be booked throughout the year. For more details, review our Shipping & Returns information.

Do you offer accessibility modifications?

Yes!! Just send us an email and let us know what we can do to make your item meet your needs! There is no extra cost for accessibility modification of any of our items.

can I send my own shirt to be upcycled?

Of course! However, please note that we encourage shipping with tracking as it is at your own risk. We caution that in very rare cases, there is the possibility of error, as there is with any handmade item. While it has never happened to date, we cannot be held liable if this occurs.
